Bring your own paring, chef and boning knives to practice cleaning,
sharpening and de-boning chicken and fish. Practice different cuts with
a variety of vegetables and a practical focus on butchery for stocks

If you would like to become more "at home on the range” or are just starting out at cooking on your own, this class is for you. Children's Birthday Parties
At The Food Studio your child and his/her friends will enjoy a food workshop specifically geared to their age and skill level. Options include: pizza, fresh pasta and sushi and full, hands-on participation is the norm. They will also enjoy making candy sticks, decorating their own cupcakes and playing a Food Game. The birthday child receives a special gift from The Food Studio. Activities are tailored to the children's skill level. This is an all-inclusive package, parents just show up and enjoy! Minimum of 10 children required.
