Traditional Sushi and More

Join Chef Ono Sadao of Edohei Restauant, who according to Ciao! Magazine, "almost single handedly fuelled the sushi craze in this town", in this interactive and hands-on class. Receive authentic instruction, tips and techniques that can be duplicated in your own home. We will make three types of sushi, a variety of appetizers and soup. A complimentary glass of Sake will round out the experience. Time: 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. Cost: $65.00 + GST = $68.25 per person
