This will solve your “What’s for dinner?” dilemma 

Simple Supper Solutions is a meal assembly session that helps you prepare multiple, healthy and satisfying meals for your family. 

It’s fun:  Battling grocery store line-ups, finding specialty ingredients and chopping onions is not fun.  Spending quality time with your family, working in the kitchen with your friends and knowing that supper is almost ready when you get home from work is. 

It’s easy:  Register for the session of your choice; make your meal choices from the menu options; pay by your choice of payment method; attend the session with a cooler and leave approximately 1 ½ hours later with prepared meals for a week.  How is easy is that?

It’s healthy:  Wherever possible only the freshest ingredients are used.  Everything is chopped and prepared on-site hours before you attend the session.   You see all the ingredients that go into your meal with no preservatives.

It’s economical:  At a cost of $25 per meal, less than an average family fast food bill, you’ll go home with a meal with 4 generous portions or you’ll have leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch.

The next sessions are Tuesday, February 23 starting at 6:30 p.m. The menu options are:

Vegetarian Lasagna
Filled with roasted eggplant, zucchini, onion and portobello mushroom; zesty cheese and a delicious home-made tomato sauce.  Who could ask for anything more?  Just add a crisp green salad and you're set for the evening.  Oven

Meat Lovers Lasagna
Who can resist a hearty dish of classic lasagna.  Ours is made with fresh lasagna sheets, a zesty home-made sauce and lean beef.  Great for a wintery weekday meal.  Oven

Cheesy Chicken Casserole 
A delicious combination of mixed peppers, onions, mushrooms, zesty cheese and herbs make this a mouthwatering dish.  Just add a fresh salad.  Oven or Slow Cooker

Chicken Fettuccine
Surrounded by a creamy cheese sauce - chicken never had it so good.  Vegetables, grains, dairy and protein - all your food groups in one delicious dish.   Stove top and Oven

Curried Chicken
Make this dish as spicy as you like it.  A simple dish make with cubed chicken breast and a tasty sauce.  Includes Basmati rice to serve alongside your meal.  Stove top

Sweet and Sour Ribs
You'll want to have extra napkins on hand for this meal.  A succulent sauce makes this dish finger-licking good.  Comes with steamed vegetables au gratin.  Slow cooker or Oven

Baked Beans
Enjoy the wholesome full flavour of beans with the added bonus of beef.  Comes with a side of steamed vegetables and chiabatta buns.  Oven or Slow Cooker

Spaghetti and Meatballs
Succulent home-made meatballs served with our classic marinara sauce and whole wheat spaghetti.  Stove top and Oven

Simple Marinara Sauce
This should be a staple in every fridge and freezer.  A versatile sauce that will go from pasta, to eggs, to chicken to beef.  Never leave your freeer without some. 

Artichoke Nibblers
Mini muffins with garlicky, creamy cheese flavour combine with nuggets of artichoke.  Perfect to keep in the freezer.
